SEC1 ONLINE ORDER AND PAYMENT TERMS

Sec1’s offerings are intended solely for business and commercial use. By placing an online order with Sec1, you agree to these Online Order and Payment Terms (“Order Terms”), which constitute a binding contract between the entity you represent (“Customer”) and Sec1.

You affirm that:

  • You have the authority to bind the Customer to these Order Terms.
  • You are authorized to provide the chosen payment method.
  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

These Order Terms are governed by Sec1’s Terms of Service, available at Terms & Conditions.

Payment and Billing

  • Customer is responsible for all charges stated in the order, including applicable taxes. Sec1 uses third-party service provider(s) for payment processing and does not store payment data.
  • You authorize Sec1 and third-party service provider(s) to charge the provided payment method for the initial term and any renewal terms. For failed payments, Sec1 may attempt to process the payment again and may charge fees for failed transactions as allowed by law. Sec1 is not responsible for any fees or damages relating to payments that are processed before it has a reasonable opportunity to cancel the payment.
  • Customer must notify Sec1 of any changes to billing or contact information.

Subscription Terms

  • The initial subscription term begins upon payment approval and continues for the period specified in the order.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew for additional terms unless terminated or cancelled as per these Terms or the Terms of Service.
  • Sec1 will send renewal reminder 30 days before the renewal date.
  • Renewal fees are based on the current subscription metrics and Sec1’s then-current pricing.

Cancellation and Termination

  • Either party may cancel an upcoming automatic renewal by providing written notice to subscriptions@sec1.io.
  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by sending an email to subscriptions@sec1.io, online cancellation through sec1 portal is also supported. Upon cancellation, the service will remain active until the end of the current paid period. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term. Sec1 reserves the right to terminate service immediately in cases of violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Data Processing and Privacy

By submitting your information, you consent to Sec1’s use of electronic communications and agree to Sec1’s Privacy Policy [link]. Sec1 will process your data in accordance with this policy and share necessary transaction details with Stripe for payment processing.

Acceptable Use

Sec1 may monitor use of its services to prevent abuse or unauthorized use. Sec1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in such activities.
